Chocolate cake



100 gm dark chocolate
100 gm milk chocolate
90 gm butter
90 gm sugar
3 egg whites
38 gm flour
For the icing:
60 gm dark chocolate
30 gm butter
50 gm powdered sugar


Pre-heat the SnackTastic® to 150 ° C. Melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain marie. Beat the egg whites with the sugar. Add the butter-chocolate mixture and mix gently. Stir in the flour. Pour the mixture into the SnackTastic® baking tin and place in the preheated SnackTastic® for approx. 50 minutes.
When the cake is almost cooled, melt the butter and the chocolate in a bain marie for the icing. Add the powdered sugar while stirring. Pour the icing over the cake.
