Dried fruit Fondue

600 gm pure chocolate -100 ml strong coffee- 200 ml whipping cream -For the dips:12 slices of candied orange- 50 gm dried strawberries -50 gm dried apple -6 slices of dried kiwi -200 gm cantuccini biscuits -100 gm nougat -1 pack of cinnamon biscuits


Heat up the coffee and the whipping cream in the fondue pan on a low heat. Break the chocolate in small pieces and melt it in the coffee cream. Stir until you obtain a smooth mixture. If the chocolate is too thick, add some milk. For the dips:Prick the fruit on the fondue forks and divide the nougat and the biscuits on a few small plates.
