Ingredients

175 gm butter
400 gm cassonade sugar
2,5 gm baking powder
7,5 gm bicarbonate
100 ml water
1/2 tsp speculaas spices
1/2 tsp cinnamon
625 gm flour

Preparation

Beat the butter gently and add the sugar. Mix the baking powder and bicarbonate in the water. Add the rest of the ingredients. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest overnight in the fridge. Preheat your SnackTastic® the next day at 175°C. Remove the dough from the foil and place it in a speculoos shape if necessary. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes.
