Homemade sausage rolls

8 portions


400 gm mixed minced meat
2 slices of white bread without crust
1 shallot
1/2 clove of garlic
2 eggs
Dried herbs (tarragon, sage, prov. Herbs) -chopped bay leaf + fresh sage
Curry ketchup
Olive oil
1/2 dl of milk
Pepper and salt
2 sheets of puff pastry


Make the minced meat: Let the bread soak in the milk.
Fry the shallot and garlic.
Add the minced meat and 1 egg, garlic and shallot to the milk.
Add spices, pepper and salt and worchester.
Mix everything with your hands.
Make the dough: Sprinkle flour on the work surface and roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin.
Cut out rectangles.
Beat the egg yolk.
Place the minced meat on the dough together with some curry ketchup.
Roll up and make notches (do not cut through the dough).
Coat with the egg yolk.
Either pre-bake in the oven and then bake afterwards (if you need them later, for example)
Either bake in the SnackTastic® in small portions.
