Penne meatballs

Ingredients

500 gm mixed minced meat
3 tbsp bread crumbs
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
1 finely chopped onion
500 gm passata
basil leaves
500 gm penne
1 ball of mozzarella
100 gm grated cheese
To taste: oregano, pepper and salt, olive oil

Preparation

Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumb, the egg, 1 clove of garlic, pepper and salt. Roll the mixture into balls and fry until golden brown in a dash of olive oil. Heat some olive oil in another pan and fry the onion and the garlic in it. Then add the passata and a handful of basil leaves. Add oregano, pepper and salt to your own taste.
Boil your pasta in salted water, drain and mix it under the sauce in your pan. The meatballs can now be added. Then put everything in your SnackTastic® baking pan. Finish with mozzarella and grated cheese. The dish needs 10 minutes in your SnackTastic® at 180 °. If the cheese is melted and golden brown, you can attack!
