Waffles 4x7 (warm)



250 gm flour
20 gm sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
5 gm honey
375 ml milk (roomtemperature)
65 gm butter (melted)
1 egg and 1 eggyolk
25 gm fresh yeast
1 tbsp groundnut oil


Sieve the flour,put it in a bowl and make a pit in the middle. Add the egg and the egg yolk.
Pour the milk in another bowl, dissolve the yeast in it, and add the honey.
Spread the sugar and the vanilla sugar on the edge of the flour.
Pour the mixture in the pit. Take your mixer and mix until you have a smooth mass.
Now add themelted butter and the oil, and mix once again thoroughly.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the mixture rest until the volume doubled.
Take your FRITEL Waffle Maker, insert the waffle plates and heat it up. Depending on the kind of dough and on your taste you will have to choose the temperaturesetting. This will also determine the baking time.


Recommended baking time: ca. 2 minutes on position 5
Make sure allingredients are at room temperature.
Before you start baking, we recommend to grease the baking plates, even if they arecovered with a non-stick coating.
To avoid lumps in your dough, it is better to sieve the flour before use.
Use theFRITEL waffle fork to remove the waffles easily from the appliance.
Serve with powdered sugar or syrup.
