Savory waffle filled with goat cheese, bacon and honey

Puff pastry
Spreadable goat cheese
Slices of thinly sliced bacon


Cut out 4 sheets of puff pastry, the same size as the Fritel filled waffle baking tray.
Coat 2 sheets of puff pastry with a layer of goat cheese.
Then cover the goat cheese with a layer of bacon and add some honey.
Then cover the bacon again with a layer of puff pastry.
Use the Fritel filled waffle plate, set the Fritel waffle iron to position 4 and let the waffle iron heat up.
Place the 2 puff pastry fillings left and right on the baking trays.
Now close the waffle maker and bake for 4 minutes.
Tilt the waffle iron to the other side and bake for another 4 minutes.
