Ingredients

4 eggs

200 g flour

150 g butter

200 g sugar

300 g blueberries

1 packet vanilla sugar

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, flour and butter and mix into a smooth batter. Beat the egg whites and gently fold them into the mixture. Then add the blueberries and pour the batter into the cake tin. Bake for 35 min at 160°C.
