Airfryer SnackTastic® ST 7520
Melt the chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or microwave.
Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy in a bowl.
Add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt into the bowl and fold into the batter.
Optionally add chocolate chips or nuts.
Spoon the batter into the silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
Place the filled molds in the airfryer basket.
Set the Airfryer SnackTastic® ST 7520 to 160°C.
Bake the brownie cakes for 12 to 14 minutes until the tops are set but the centers remain soft.
Let them cool before removing from the molds.
Serve as is or decorate with toppings of your choice.
