Brownies

Preparation

Line the baking pan with parchment paper and grease the edges.

Melt 65 g of dark chocolate together with 65 g of butter in a small saucepan.

Beat one egg, 40 g of sugar, 40 g of brown sugar, and one sachet of vanilla sugar until creamy and add the mixture to the chocolate-butter mixture.

Then add 65 g of self-raising flour, mix into a smooth batter, and pour everything into the baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated Snacktastic at 160°, then let it cool in the baking pan.
