Cut the blue grapes in half.
Put the grapes in a bowl.
Add a little balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything well.
Let the grapes rest for a while so they can absorb the flavors of the balsamic, oil, and herbs.
Place the grapes in a small ovenproof dish that fits in the SnackTastic (or use baking paper).
Preheat the SnackTastic to 180 °C.
Roast the grapes for about 10 to 12 minutes. Check in between: they should be soft, but not fall apart completely.
Slice the bread.
Lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
Place the bread slices in the air fryer.
Grill at 200 °C for about 3 minutes per side (turn halfway).
Put the ricotta in a bowl.
Grate the yellow zest of the lemon finely.
Mix the lemon zest, a little salt, and pepper into the ricotta.
Spread the roasted bread with the ricotta mixture.
Top with the roasted grapes.
Finish with some fresh thyme.
