Grilled Fish Skewers

Ingredients

  • 225 g frozen raw peeled shrimp
  • 300 g fresh salmon fillets
  • 3 red chili peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml mild olive oil
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 7.5 g fresh parsley

Preparation

Let the shrimp thaw.
Cut the salmon into cubes of about 1.5 cm, roughly the same size as the shrimp.
Alternately thread the salmon and shrimp onto the skewers.
Blend the chili peppers (seeds removed) together with the garlic, lemon juice, oil, pepper, and salt.
Add the paprika powder and oregano, and marinate the fish skewers in this mixture for 10 minutes.
Use the remaining sauce as a dip.
Grill the skewers for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley. Serve the skewers with parsley and the dip.
