Ingredients

1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
200g zucchini
100g broccoli
50g kale
200g potatoes
Vegetable stock

Also needed

Soup Maker SB 2970 or Soup Maker SB 3190

Preparation

Preparation time: less than 30 min
Finely chop the onion
Cut the zucchini, broccoli, and potatoes into pieces
Add the onion, garlic, vegetables, and potatoes
Add the vegetable stock and top up with water
Set the soup maker to smooth
Season with a little salt and/or pepper if desired

Tips

TIP: If the soup is too thick, add a little warm water once it is ready and mix it well again.
