Mini quiche with bacon and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 125 gm bacon cubes
  • 200ml of cooking cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 60 gm grated cheese
  • 100 gm frozen peas
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 tsp. of Italian herbs
  • Arugulato garnish

Preparation

Bake the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy. Add the peas to the pan at the end to defrost.
Pre-heat the SnackTastic® to 200 ° C.
Divide the bacon / peas mixture into the tins. Cut the tomatoes in 2 and also put in the molds.
Beat the 2 eggs and mix (in a bowl) with the herbs, pinch of pepper, cooking cream and cheese.
Pour the mixture into the quiche molds until slightly below the edge.
Place the molds in the SnackTastic®, set the time to 6 minutes and let the quiche bake at 180 ° C.
