Drain the soaked chickpeas well and pat them dry.
Place the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, ground coriander, baking powder, salt and pepper in the FRITEL blender.
Blend into a coarse mixture where the ingredients are well combined but still have some texture.
If necessary, add a tablespoon of flour to make the mixture firmer.
Shape the mixture into small balls the size of a walnut.
Place the falafel balls in the basket of the FRITEL airfryer.
Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C until golden brown and crispy.
Spread hummus on the tortillas.
Top with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
Add three warm falafel balls to each wrap.
Drizzle with the sauce of your choice.
Fold the wraps and serve immediately.
