Panini mozzarella-jamón serrano-pesto-tomato

Preparation

Preheat the grill appliance on the highest setting. Don’t forget to set the timer.

Cut your panini rolls in half and spread pesto on both sides.

Slice your tomatoes and mozzarella and place them on the bread.

Season with pepper and salt and add another slice of jamón serrano.

Close the sandwich and grill it in the panini maker on the maximum setting for about 7 minutes.

Cut your sandwich in half and serve with a fresh salad.
