Ingredients

Large floury potato
Salt, pepper, paprika, ...

Also needed

All FRITEL Fryers (FR, Turbo SF, FryTastic)

Preparation

Peel the potato and rinse well. Cut the potato into very thin slices (with a sharp knife or use a mandoline).
Heat your FRITEL fryer to 180 °C and fry the potato chips until crispy.
Then remove them from the fryer and let them drain briefly on kitchen paper.
Optionally sprinkle with some salt, pepper, paprika, ...
