WaffleTastic® Chicken Taco Wraps

Preparation

• Preheat the WaffleTastic with the teppanyaki plate, open the appliance completely, and grease it with a little olive oil.

• Finely chop the red onion and sauté it on one half of the teppanyaki plate. 

• Then add the chicken pieces and the taco seasoning.

• Also dice the bell pepper and stir-fry briefly. Drain the corn and add it to the mixture last.

• Finely chop the shallot, garlic, and tomato.

• Mash the avocado and mix it with the shallot, tomato, a little lime juice, pepper, and salt.

• Heat the taco wraps on the other teppanyaki plate until they become slightly browned.

• Then serve the warm tacos filled with some chicken pieces, a spoonful of guacamole, a spoonful of sour cream, and a little fresh coriander.
