Salmon with baby potatoes from the Airfryer SnackTastic®

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 salmon fillets, skin on
  • 400 g pre-cooked baby potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • A few sprigs of broccolini (baby broccoli)
  • A few sprigs of fresh dill or parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Herb mix for potatoes (e.g. Provençal or garlic herbs)

Airfryer SnackTastic® ST 8480 DUO

Preparation

Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
Place the zucchini slices in the right basket of the airfryer.
Add the raw broccolini on top.
Place the salmon fillets on the vegetables, skin side down.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and add lemon juice if desired.
Drizzle some olive oil over the salmon and vegetables.
Put the baby potatoes in the left basket of the airfryer.
Drizzle them with olive oil and season with the herb mix.
Set both baskets of the Airfryer SnackTastic® ST 8480 DUO to 180°C.
Cook everything for 18 to 20 minutes until the salmon is done and the potatoes are crispy.
Check halfway through and shake the potatoes if needed.
Serve everything on a plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
