Chop the tomatoes, peeled cucumber, onion and garlic.
Reserve a few cubes of tomato and cucumber for garnish.
Place everything in the Soup Maker SB 3190 with the oil, paste and water.
Select the "Smooth Soup" program and blend until smooth.
Chill well in the fridge (at least 1 hour).
Serve in small glasses and garnish with parsley and reserved cubes.
Slice the baguette using the Electric Knife EK 3180 into pieces that fit in the SnackTastic®.
Mix butter, garlic, Parmesan, herbs, salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture generously on the bread.
Bake in the SnackTastic® at 180 °C for 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve warm.
Feel free to season the gazpacho to your liking. Is the flavor too strong? Just add a little water.
