Ingredients

  • 250 gm pastry flour (sieved)
  • 250 gm fine sugar
  • 125 gm butter (melted)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pakcet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml water

Preparation

Preparation: 15 minutes.
Quantity of cones: +/- 35
Keep in a tin box
Boil the water and dissolve the sugar and the vanilla sugar in it.
In the meantime beat the melted butter until it is foamy. Add the eggs and the tepid sugar mixture and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Carefully fold the flour through the mixture.
Take your FRITEL Waffle Maker with the baking plates for cones, turn onto the position 4 to 5 and heat it up.
Put the dough in the Waffle Maker, close the Waffle Maker and bake for approximately 1 minute.
Remove the cookie from the appliance. Shape it into a cone while it is still hot and allow it to cool down.

Tips

You can finish your cones by dipping them in a chocolate dip, honey dip and nuts, or add a brim of ginger cookies...

Prevent your cones from dripping and pour a bit of melted chocolate in the bottom.
Be creative and make your own shapes!
Off course delicious with a scoop of ice cream.
