Delicious Chocolate waffles

250 gm self-rising flour (sieved)
250 gm pastryflour (sieved)
500 gm butter(melted)
500 gm fine sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
8 eggs
Pinch of salt
400 gm pure meltedchocolate

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites
Beat the egg yolks, then add sugar and vanilla sugar and keep beating. Then add the melted butter and the pinch of salt and beat some more. Then add the flour and beat until you have a smooth mixture.
Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl
Put the chocolate in a separate bowl and melt bain-marie
Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and then carefully add the whipped egg whites.
Take you rFRITEL Waffle Maker with the baking plates 4x7 or 6x10, turn the thermostat on position 4 to 5 and heat the appliance up.
Insert the dough in your Waffle Maker, close it and bake for approximately 2 minutes.


You can also use white chocolate or milk chocolate or a mix.
