Marinated chicken fillet in the SnackTastic®

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 onion
  • 40 gm ginger
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 12 cl rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp râs al hânout
  • 12 cl dark soy sauce
  • Dash olive oil

Preparation

Marinade:

peel the onion and the ginger. Cut both in pieces and do the same with the red chilli pepper. If you dont like the hot taste, remove the chilli pepper seeds.
Put the onion, ginger and chilli pepper in the blender and mix

until its smooth.
Add the spices and herbs mix ras el hanout, the dark soy sauce and the rice vinegar. Whisk the mixture in a bowl.
Wallow the chicken fillets in the marinade and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the SnackTastic® at 200° C. Put the chicken on SnackTastic® the grill pan, put the timer on 12 minutes and bake the fillet in the SnackTastic®.
