Ingredients

1 small onion
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1 small potato
400 g carrots
600 ml vegetable or chicken stock
½ small bunch of coriander

Also needed

Soup Maker SB 2970 or Soup Maker SB 3190

Preparation

Preparation time: less than 30 min
Finely chop the onion
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces
Put all the ingredients in the soup maker, except the coriander, and press the ‘smooth soup’ function.
Add the coriander and seasonings once the soup is ready. Blend again until the coriander is well mixed in and serve.

Tips

TIP: If the soup is too thick, add a little warm water once it is ready and mix it well again.
