Cheese fondue with brie

Ingredients

200 g Brie
100 g grated Gruyère cheese
1/2 shallot
1 dl (dry) white wine
1/2 lime
salt and pepper
chives (finely chopped)

Preparation

Finely chop the shallot and cut the brie into pieces of about 1 cm.

Put the shallot in the fondue pot together with the white wine and bring to a boil.

Add the pieces of brie and lower the heat. Stir with a fork until you get a creamy mixture.

Then gradually add the grated Gruyère cheese to the mixture.

Squeeze the juice from half a lime and stir briefly into the dish.

Finish with finely chopped chives.

Enjoy your meal!

Tips

Serve with fresh baguette, raw vegetables, or apple slices.
