Filled waffle with goat cheese, breakfast bacon, and honey

Preparation

Cut out 4 sheets of puff pastry, the same size as the Fritel baking plate for filled waffles.

Spread 2 sheets of puff pastry with a layer of goat cheese.

Then cover the goat cheese with a layer of breakfast bacon and drizzle some honey over it.

Then cover the bacon again with a layer of puff pastry.

Place the baking plates for filled waffles in the Fritel CW appliance, set the waffle iron to setting 4, and let it preheat.

When the appliance is heated up (the green and red lights are on), place the 2 puff pastry fillings on the left and right baking plates.

Now close the waffle iron and bake for 4 minutes.

Turn the waffle iron to the other side and bake for another 4 minutes.
