Heart-shaped pancakes

Preparation

Put the flour in a bowl together with the egg yolks, milk, and melted butter. Mix everything into a smooth batter using the FRITEL combi mixer. Then place the egg whites in another bowl with 3 tablespoons of sugar and beat until fluffy with the FRITEL combi mixer.
While beating, add the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Add the egg white mixture to the batter and fold it in gently.
Take your FRITEL waffle iron, insert the pancake plates, and heat it up. Use a ladle to pour the batter into the baking plate.
