Ingredients

3 lemons + 2 teaspoons lemon flavoring
140 g sugar
200 ml milk
200 ml cream

Also needed

FRITEL Ice Cream Maker IM 1252
HB 2879 Hand Blender Set XXL

Preparation

Squeeze the lemons
Mix the lemon juice with the sugar, then add the milk and mix
Whip the cream separately
Fold the whipped cream into the other mixture
Pour the preparation into the ice cream maker and let it run for 30 to 40 minutes until the ice cream sets.

Tips

Place the ice cream in the freezer for another half hour before serving.
