Ingredients

  • 1 onion (cut into pieces)

  • 1 bell pepper (cut into pieces)

  • Handful of mushrooms (sliced)

  • 1 zucchini (sliced)

  • 1 red chili pepper (cut into pieces)

  • Smoked breakfast bacon (4-8 slices)

  • Green beans

  • Beef steak (cut into pieces)

  • (Marinated) chicken satay

  • Scampi

  • Chicken fillet (cut into pieces)

  • Raclette cheese (regular and/or mozzarella)

  • 1 to 2 tortilla wraps (cut into squares)

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Vary with different kinds of vegetables, meat and/or fish. Grill or cook the meat/fish on the (stone) grill and then combine them with grilled vegetables and creamy cheese for a delicious raclette experience!

Vary with different types of cheese to keep the flavors balanced. Regular cheese can become a bit heavy after a while, so try mozzarella as a lighter and milder option, for example. Cheddar is also very tasty!

Beans wrapped in bacon are also fun and delicious to grill. Definitely give it a try!

Cut or trim the tortilla wraps into squares that fit the raclette pans and make mini pizzas with them! Super tasty with vegetables such as onion and bell pepper and melted cheese. You can also provide a small bowl of tomato sauce (seasoned with basil) as an extra topping.
