Cinnamon waffles
Ingredients
- 250 gm butter
- 4 tsp rose water
- 4 pinches of clove
- 30 gm cinnamon
- 500 gm flour
- 250 gm sugar
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Heat the butter, rosewater and cloves and stir.Allow the mixture to cool.
Stir in the flour, sugar, cinnamon and eggs.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Roll the dough balls to the size of a walnut and bake them in the hot waffle maker.
