Rice with leek, mushrooms and parmesan

Ingredients

  • 170 g rice
  • 50 ml cream
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 3 leek whites
  • 6 mushrooms
  • ½ vegetable stock cube
  • 15 g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 4 sprigs chives
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • Salt and pepper

  • FRITEL Pasta and Rice Cooker RC 1377

Preparation

Cook the rice with the half stock cube in the FRITEL Rice Cooker, stirring regularly.

Meanwhile, wash and finely chop the leeks and mushrooms.

Melt the butter in a frying pan over high heat. Add the chopped onion, mushrooms, and leeks.

Fry for about 6 minutes while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the chopped chives and parsley.

Add the cream and mix well.

When the rice is cooked, drain and add it to the pan. Stir well and fry for another 2 minutes over high heat while stirring continuously.

Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
