Heart-shaped pancakes

Ingredients

3 egg yolks-6 egg whites-85 gm melted butter-1,25 dl milk-100 gm flour-6 tbsp sugar

Preparation

Put the flour in a bowl, together with the egg yolks, milk and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until you have a smooth mixture with the FRITEL Combi Mixture. Then put the egg whites in another bowl, with 3 table spoons of sugar and beat until you have a frothy mixture with the FRITEL Combi Mixer.While mixing, add the other 3 table spoons of sugar.Put this eggwhite mixture with the pastry mixture and carefully stir. Take your FRITEL waffle maker, insert the plates for heart shaped waffle plates and heat up. Use a ladle to put the pastry mixture on the plates.
