Mini quiche with bacon and tomatoes



125 gm bacon cubes
200ml of cooking cream
2 eggs
16 cherry tomatoes
60 gm grated cheese
100 gm frozen peas
pinch of pepper
1 tsp. of Italian herbs

Bake the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy. Add the peas to the pan at the end to defrost.

Divide the bacon / peas mixture into the tins. Cut the tomatoes in 2 and also put in the molds.
