Tomato fondue

Ingredients

200 gm Emmentaler cheese -200 gm Gruyere -2,5 dl white wine -Garlic -2 tbsp of lemon juice -Thickening: 2 tbsp of tomato mash- 1/4 tsp of oregano -125 ml whipping cream

Preparation

Follow the normal preparation. When the cheese is melted and you have one smooth mixture, add the tomato mash and the oregano. Add the thickening mixed with the lemon juice. Add the cream.
