Bread pudding

Ingredients

8 slices of toast bread
butter
raisins
4 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 gm cream
250 ml milk
cinnamon
powdered sugar

Preparation

Cut the crusts of 8 slices of toast bread and spread them thinly with butter.
Then cut them into triangles.
Grease your baking tin with butter and sprinkle some raisins on the bottom.
Put a few slices on it.
Cover again with raisins and alternate this operation 3 to 4 times.
Then stir 4 eggs with 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 150 gm cream and 250 ml milk.
Pour this on the mixture.
Bake the bread pudding for 20 minutes at 100 ° C.
