Waffles:
750 gr pastry flour (sieved)
270 ml lukewarm milk (lukewarm = +/- 30°C)
23 gr dried yeast
5 eggs
15 gr salt
1 sachet vanilla sugar
400 gr butter
450 gr pearl sugar
Extra:
Oil or baking spray
WaffleTastic® CW 3658 for Brussels/Liège waffles
Put all ingredients in a bowl, except the butter and sugar.
Beat the ingredients well with the FRITEL Hand Blender.
Let this mixture rest for half an hour, covered with a towel.
Meanwhile, let the butter soften. Add the butter to the dough and beat until homogeneous.
Then add the pearl sugar.
Make balls of the dough (+/- 100gr). Let the balls rest for 15 minutes.
Take your FRITEL waffle maker, place the waffle plates 4x6 in it and heat up.
Then place a ball of dough in the waffle maker, close the waffle maker and bake for 3-4 min.
Can be served either cold or hot.
