Chicken:
200 gr chicken cubes
1 red onion
1 pointed pepper
1.5 tbsp taco seasoning
70 gr corn (from a can)
Taco topping:
6 small taco wraps
1 avocado
1 lime
1 shallot
½ clove of garlic
1 tomato
Sour cream
Pepper and salt
Fresh coriander

Oil, butter or baking spray
WaffleTastic® with teppanyaki baking plates
Heat the WaffleTastic with teppanyaki plate, flip it all the way open and grease with a little olive oil.
Finely chop the red onion and fry on one half of the teppanyaki plate.
Then add the chicken pieces and taco seasoning.
Also dice the sweet pepper and stir-fry for a few minutes. Drain the maize and finally spoon it through the mixture.
Chop the shallot, garlic and tomato.
Mash the avocado and mix with the shallot, tomato, a little lime juice, pepper and salt.
On the other teppanyaki plate, heat the taco wraps until slightly browned.
Then serve the warm tacos topped with some diced chicken, a scoop of guacamole, a scoop of sour cream and a little fresh coriander.
